For more information visit gobearcats.com. Job Overview The University of Cincinnati (UC), Football program is seeking applications for an Assistant Creative Videographer. This is a full-time position, with a comprehensive benefits package. Reporting to the Director of Creative Media for Football the Assistant Creative Videographer will assist in the execution of artistic, cinematic video, hype pieces, and social media content that highlight staff, coaches and student-athletes to generate excitement around the football program while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations. The position requires some evening and weekend hours. Essential Functions Work closely with department lead to edit videos and photos for a variety of promotional purposes. Incorporate music, video, static & motion graphics, and VoiceOver to tell compelling and visually pleasing stories. Aid in the creation of recruiting content and all video needs of the recruiting staff. Attend university and athletic events to capture content. Work closely with department lead to meet deadlines for release of content. Setup and tear down video, photograph, and audio equipment before and after events. Keep equipment in good working order. Support day to day operations in logging and archiving of footage. May be required to drive a university vehicle and/or student-athletes. Perform related duties based on departmental need.
