• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, drive a Forklift, Great work Ethic, be able to Follow Verbal or Written line up, Work as a Team or Individually.
• Operate Presses (hydraulic, mechanical), Press Brake, Belt sander, grinders (pedestal, air), Saws
• Start Machines, monitor operations
• Read Work orgers or schedules for specifications
• Position, align and secure workpieces
• Load workpieces
• Mark indentifying data on workpieces
• Set cutting speeds, feed rates
• Place workpieces on tables
• Keep work area clean
• Operate forklifts

• Run parts efficiently & consistently.
• Take the first good piece to CMM for buy off.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure quality.
• Responsible to fill out proper paperwork to support the job.
• Fill out Blue Routing Tag.
• Debur parts as required.
• Maintaining tooling via lube, plastic, to keep tooling clean & without gouges.
• Cut Plastic when needed.
• Follow all Safety Protocols.
• Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Package part to send to shipping.
• Assist with loading / unloading trucks.
• Paint machines (Rare Occurrence)
• Move parts, bins, pallets with forklift.
• Clean Tooling as needed.
• Assist Die Setter if needed.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Oil Blanks if needed.
