Job Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for desktop support issues in an environment of approximately 200 users Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware as well as software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services Troubleshoot and ensure the integrity of backups Maintain File/Print servers, Exchange servers, Citrix Servers, SQL Servers and maintain a VMWARE environment Order and configure new PCs, printers, etc. Update the S-E-A website via the GUI of a content management system Position Requirements: Associate's Degree 2-4 years of IT support experience Exposure to computer infrastructure as well as SQL Databases, Active Directory, Exchange 2010/2013 and Citrix XenApp preferred Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2012, Windows XP/7, and networks Ability to communicate issues effectively and confidently at all levels of the organization, both orally and in written form Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Experience in building/repairing PCs Experience with Symantec Backup Exec and general backup procedures Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 70 lbs 5% travel requirement Benefits: Medical, dental vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick days and holidays Company-paid STD, LTD and Life Insurance EEO-M/F/D/V
