LOCATION: Marquette or Delta County (To be determined with successful applicant) POSITION TITLE: Speech Language Pathologist  POSITION STATUS: 80 hours biweekly / Regular Full-time / Exempt Marquette or Delta Professional Union (To be determined by location) SALARY RANGE: $31.61/hour to $42.83/hour Plus full-time benefits   RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides consultative and direct Speech and Language therapy services to a variety of clientele including developmentally disabled and mentally ill adults, adolescents, children and families requesting services. Completes SPL evaluations and where indicated develop and monitor communication and speech/language programs to be carried out by other staff. Consults with Person Centered Plan members for effective programming, provides staff training and direct speech/language therapy as needed. Provides clinical supervision for direct care staff, who are implementing treatment programs.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology with State of Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech/Language Hearing Association. One year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness is desired.
