Position Overview Riverside Research is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide contract administrator support; The Specialist will support the Business Unit Leadership by supporting a variety of contracts and tasks. Specifically, this position will prepare Proposal responses to Request For Pricing (RFP), coordinate, track, and prepare contract deliverables. Coordinate and support supervisory chains with contract actions. The ideal candidate would have high attention to deal, ability to learn quickly, and ability to track high volume of items. Responsibilities Prepare responses to Request For Pricing (RFP) Prepare contract modifications, presentations and briefings material Oversee and coordinate internal approval processes of actions Liaison with contract officer representative, customer and program management office Monitor contract progress and ensure on time deliverable submission Exemplary written and verbal communication , organizational and MS Office toolset skills Ability to monitor multiple contract statuses Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills Ability to create/maintain metrics Task flexibility, self-starter, takes initiative, problem solver Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree without experience or equivalent work experience is typically required for an employee Ability to obtain a "Top Secret" clearance Ability to use computer applications Preferred Requirements: Possess and maintain a Top Secret security clearance Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Tableau is preferred. Experience working in a collaborative team environment within the Department of Defense preferred. Global Comp $50,000 to $85,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
