Manpower West Chester is recruiting for Welders to work for an international manufacturer of quality electrical, lighting and power solutions. This position is a direct placement so you work for our client, not Manpower.

We are seeking highly motivated, dedicated individuals to perform welding operations on variety of parts. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified mechanically inclined welder to work with a great company that offers excellent benefits. What’s Needed?

• Education and/or experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Employee must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions.

• Language Skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

• Mathematical Skills Basic mathematical skills are required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

• Welding Have extensive knowledge of aluminum welding (Tig and Mig) from .063 to 3/8 thickness.
