We are currently accepting resumes for skilled Broach Machine Operators.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operate primary and secondary manufacturing machines within a work cell.

• Responsible for the changeovers, adjustments and complete daily preventive maintenance on the equipment.

• Continuously make improvements to maximize machine up time.

• Where necessary, monitor work visually and dimensionally referring to blueprints, engineering specifications, engineering input and job instruction sheets. Maintain quality and rate charts as required.

• Monitor and control quality of production pieces through adjustment of machines.

• Follow all quality procedures and instructions.

• Maintains housekeeping in the work area.

Skills required include:

• Must have proven ability to safely setup and operate various manufacturing production machines.

• Must be able to follow verbal and written multi-step directions for semi-complex machine operations

• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Visual acuity and depth perception is required.

shift. You will be assigned Monday through Friday 10 hours each day. Mandatory overtime is required on Saturday.
