ManpowerGroup Shop Manager in Kenosha, Wisconsin

Our client is seeking a Shop Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have significant managerial experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting and experience working within ERP systems.

Job Title: Shop Manager

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000

What’s the Job?

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments and adherence to project timelines.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing shop, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred) or a minimum of 8 years of experience in centrifuge manufacturing or a related industry.

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and other manufacturing software tools.

  • Proficiency in project management, resource planning, and production scheduling.
