We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a sales analyst that will focus on emerging strategies. In this crucial role you'll be responsible for overseeing sales analysis and project management for our new store openings, new business development and new product categories. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced, agile retail environment and thrives owning a project and delivering results, particularly in the retail sector. Strong analytical skills, market research capabilities and business acumen are essential for success in this role along with effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross functionally within the organization.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Liaison to Kohler Stores on cash and carry and new businesses.

  • Store management and optimization across stores to ensure adequate stock availability by managing inventory turns and maintaining visual presentation

  • Develops reporting and communication for new store launches and new business development

  • Store Allocation plans for cash and carry, new stores and new product launches

  • Track key performance indicators and generate reports to provide insights into performance

  • Create hindsight of all new business launches and new product launches for store team

  • Collaborate with merchandising to ensure right quantities, right locations, right time model is followed

  • Develop local and regional plans for store fleet to better serve the customer

  • Engage with Sales team on feedback forum to drive efficiencies in market

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of analysis, finance, or inventory position

  • Customer service experience a plus,

  • Microsoft suite, Power Bi, SAP, D365

  • Passion for product and customer service

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
