*Job Title: *Service Clerk

*FLSA Status: *Non-exempt

 

*Summary *Enters service data into the computer by performing the following duties.

 

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conduct phone customer service surveys with customers after work is completed.
  • Close all finished orders.
  • Close all completed service authorizations performed by the retailer.
  • Pre-enter customer information.
  • Mail completed service orders to retailers.
  • File completed work.

     

Qualifications:

  • Highly accurate data entry
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail

     

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
