A prominent plaintiff personal injury and mass tort firm is seeking a new paralegal. This paralegal will join a friendly team that offers incredible growth potential! This paralegal is replacing someone who is leaving on great terms for law school.

The ideal paralegal will have 6+ months of litigation experience. The ideal paralegal will have a passion for advocacy! This paralegal will be responsible for:

• Litigation calendaring

• Court filings

• Document formatting – subpoenas, TOA, TOC, motions, briefs, discovery, etc.

• Assisting with discovery

• Legal research

• Tracking and organizing case information

• Trial, mediation, and deposition preparation
