Associated Constructors LLC is seeking to fill multiple positions for Concrete Finishers.

Duties:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
• Use hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete
• Install metal stud framing for concrete structures
• Operate concrete pumping equipment to pour and distribute concrete
• Drive commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment to job sites
• Apply caulking to seal joints and cracks in concrete surfaces
• Operate concrete mixers to prepare the appropriate mixture for pouring
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
• Assist with hardscape installations, including sidewalks, driveways, and patios
• Perform frame carpentry work for concrete forms
• Apply stucco finishes to concrete surfaces

Experience:

• Proven experience in concrete finishing or related field is required
• Knowledge of flooring installation techniques
• Familiarity with metal stud framing for concrete structures
• Experience operating concrete pumping equipment is a plus
• Ability to operate and maintain concrete mixers and other equipment
• Understanding of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic repairs
• Familiarity with hardscape installations, such as sidewalks and driveways
• Proficiency in frame carpentry for creating concrete forms
• Knowledge of stucco application techniques
