DESCRIPTION

The Union County Clerk of Courts is now hiring a full-time Deputy Clerk to work in the Marysville Title Office. Under general supervision of the Title Manager, the Title Deputy Clerk assists the Title Manager and assumes their duties in the Title Managers absence, processes and issues titles, inputs data into computers, performs customer service, prepares and maintains records, performs general clerical duties. This is a customer facing position.

QUALIFICATIONS

An example of acceptable qualifications: Completion of secondary education or equivalent; two (2) -- four (4) years' experience in customer service, general office keeping, or bookkeeping; ability to work quickly and accurately; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must be able to attend ACH training. Must be detail-oriented and have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Must be capable working as part of a team or independently, and be able to switch gears quickly to adjust to changing priorities. Selected individual must also be capable of passing a comprehensive pre-employment background investigation.
