Description PAC Worldwide is seeking a Network & Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team! As theNetwork & Systems Analyst your primary responsibilities will include: Supporting on-premises and cloud infrastructure Supporting workloads on-prem and in the cloud Supporting server and network hardware/software, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams Phone System, WAN, firewall/router/switching and VPN environments. Other responsibilities will include; addressing escalations from your colleagues in IT Services, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications. Working collaboratively with the Network & Systems Administrator, Senior Network & Systems Administrator, and Network & Systems Engineer to support solutions for teams across PAC and deliver world-class infrastructure and services is another key part to this role. If this sounds like you, apply today! The Network & Systems Analyst is an individual contributor role. You will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure. This is a hybrid-work role, which requires you to be in the office 3 days a week. Fully remote work is not available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Tier 3 Support * Address tickets received from IT Services, Business Application, and Cybersecurity. * Support and maintain Microsoft 365 Services, including: Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerApps, Entra ID, Teams, Intune, etc. * Support and maintain physical server hardware, storage, and virtual machines. * Audit, review, and maintain backup plans and systems. * Maintain, upgrade, and patch Server Operating Systems and hypervisors. * Support and maintain server and SaaS applications. * Support and maintain IP networking, data communications and telecommunication. Administration * Support and maintain Print Servers and File Servers. * Provision, deprovision, and maintain physical server hardware, storage, and virtual machines. * Provision, deprovision, and maintain workloads in cloud services and Microsoft Azure. * Deploy and maintain systems to support manufacturing operations and applications. * Audit, review, and maintain Microsoft Windows Services. * Work with Cybersecurity to review and maintain Microsoft Azure ATP services. Qualifications: Education: * Associate degree in Information Systems/Technology. Experience: * 5 years of Information Technology experience. Certifications, Licenses or Registrations: * Network+ Certification is required. * MCSE, MCSA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, or CCNA is highly desired. Skills & Competencies: * Intermediate experience with Microsoft OS and Applications. * Intermediate experience with Apple macOS and iOS. * Expert experience with PC and Apple Hardware. * Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365. * Intermediate experience with Virtualization. * Intermediate experience with Active Directory and Entra ID * Experience with Client OS/Application Packaging, MDM, and Intune. * Expert experience with Server Hardware. * Experience with Storage Platforms. * Experience with Backup and Recovery Platforms. * Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows Server. * Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers (DNS, DHCP, RDS, IIS, etc.) * Experience with Microsoft Azure. * Intermediate experience with IP Networking, Data Communications and Telecommunications. * Experience with Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Jupyter, etc.). * You seek to understand others, treat everyone with dignity and respect, and have a passion for enabling the business through technology. * You possess methodical diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. * You believe in teamwork: helpi
