Duties: Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products, both internal and external, with on-time delivery. Ensure overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms. Create, document, and execute software designs, which may involve significant re-architecture of important systems. Define and coordinate implementation of impacts. Act as a technical lead of major projects within one area of a product. Consult with customers on future upgrades and products. Influence the technical direction for one area of a product. Introduce new technology and knowledge into at least one area of a product. Provide high-level technical expertise. Perform software systems programming and analysis. Provide problem resolution and technical leadership. Act as a technical lead for junior engineers.

Requirements : The employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Computer Science or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. The position requires experience in the following: 5 years of experience developing reports and analytics applications; 5 years of experience performing UX design and object-oriented design; 5 years of experience programming in HTML, Java Script, C++, and Java; 5 years of experience with Search Engines (SOLR) and SQL; 2 years of experience with React, microservices design and implementation. 30% telecommuting permitted.
