The lead barista will supervise the other baristas on duty while making our guests feel welcome. When you notice a pick-up in pace, you will jump in and take orders and make drinks to keep our guests satisfied. What will you be doing? Perform all Barista duties Supervise staff in the manager\'s absence Train new team members All other duties as assigned What do you bring to the role? Previous Barista experience is required Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Shift time: 6:00 AM - 2:00PM. Must be available to work on Sundays. What\'s in it for you?
