*The Big Task *

Accurately and efficiently install drain equipment in and outside our customers' homes.

Primary Responsibilities

•  Work closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager, and installation helpers to complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals 
• Lead and be responsible for drain installations.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Win new referrals and repeat business with knowledgeable and professional behavior.
• Ensure jobs are properly stage; sign off on job quality checklist.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch teams to ensure overall success of the company.
• Adhere to company plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and vehicle.
• Keep truck inventory up to date
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training, allowing professional growth and development
• Train and mentor helpers to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and paperwork. 
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Have or be willing to get required certifications. We can help you with this. 

Desired Skills and Experience

Personal Character Qualities as listed above and Minimum 3 Years of Drain Installation Experience
