Full time positions for Direct Support Professionals for Rauch Inc.s, ADA/ACCESS program. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. Responsibilities can include assisting clients to be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community. Qualified candidates will preferrably (but are not required to) hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a valid drivers license. Computer skills, good written and oral communications skills are a must. Experience is not required but preferred. Pay Rate starts at $11.50 and increases based off experience and educational background.

Currently paying an additional $1 Crisis Pay.
