Qualified individual should be a caring, patient person who will provide training and supervision to adults with disabilities. This is a very rewarding position for an individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. Qualified applicants must possess good communication skills, ability to teach good work habits using positive reinforcement and will possess initiative and ability to implement service plans. Mowing crew supervision and wood working skills a plus but we will train. Full-time position 1st shift.
