Testing Required: Not Applicable On-Site Role: Must be available to work on-site at this assigned work location. Emergency Response: Yes - Must be available to perform a primary assignment in support of DTE's emergency response to storms or other events that impact service to our customers.

Job Summary Advanced level role focused on Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) Outage Scheduling and Outage Work Management activities. Coordinates operations, maintenance, engineering and construction activities and establishes site work priorities for outages. Provides outage scheduling support and designs outage support plans for site activities. Monitors progress of work, identifies problems, and revises plans and schedules as necessary to ensure safe and efficient execution. Creates outage plans that drive improvement through the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Assists leader in the day-to-day process operations and ensures the organization complies with outage and work management procedures and practices. Publishes reports, critiques, and monitors completion of action items and lessons learned. Develops and implements new concepts for process improvement. Develops and maintains long range refuel outage plans for Fermi Serves as project manager on special assignments, as necessary. Acts as a backup when management is out to supervise personnel and/or activities during outage and online times to meet established milestones and objectives in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in related technical field and 4 years of power plant experience OR, Associate of Science degree in related technical field with 6 years of power plant experience OR, High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of related power plant experience. Experience above must have a minimum of 3 years of experience related to planning, scheduling or outage/work management.

Other Qualifications

Preferred Experience with BWR outage scheduling Experience in Operations, Maintenance or Outage Management

Other Requirements Must be able to pass all phases of in-processing including background investigation, psychological screening, appropriate training and be medically certifiable (drug and alcohol screen). Must be able to manage multiple work activities, which will include numerous urgent (time critical) tasks of varying priority. Must have a good working knowledge of the Fermi 2 organization, administrative procedures and a functional knowledge of the Fermi 2 plant.
