Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall programs management, operations, clinical coordination and supervision of the specific Behavioral Health Department assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• A Master's degree from an accredited university in psychology, social work, rehabilitation, nursing or related field.

• Five years post Master's experience in a mental health setting where at least two years have been spent in a supervisory position.

• Crisis Intervention, Working Knowledge of Compliance and Regulations related to specific Behavioral Health Programs.

• Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) within 6 months of hire and maintain current.

• Valid New Jersey Driver's License.

• Terminally licensed in stated discipline preferred.
