JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Energies, subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking Student - Meter Shop in our Pewaukee, WI location. This position will start in May or June, works full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Starting Pay: \$19.08 Job Responsibilities Test and clean single phase as well as polyphase electric meters, instrument transformers and protective rubber goods including gloves, sleeves, and cover-up materials. Use computers with bar code scanners to log in meter device ID, operation and configuration of various automated test systems. Entry of meter register readings to databases. Radio transmission testing of AMI electric meters. Make adjustments and minor repairs to defective meters. Preparation of tested material for distribution, warehouse support of meter inventory. Other miscellaneous duties as required or assigned. Minimum Experience Required Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma, GED, or HSED. Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master\'s Degree. Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Engineering.
