Your Role

The Customer Operations Representative role is integral to our continued success and mission to remove the complexity from logistics. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Understand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and struggle points of all assigned accounts

  • Establish new and strengthen existing customer relationships through arranging, scheduling, and resolving issues

  • Manage daily shipments in our transportation management system software ensuring on-time pick-up and delivery every time

  • Handle customer operational requirements by building orders, covering shipments, providing track & trace, billing, and collections.

  • Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate spot and contracted pricing, as well as educate customers as needed.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1 - 2 years of Logistics Experience

  • Customer Service/Support background

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects

  • Availability to cover rotating weekends

  • Potential alternative support shift (3pm - 12am)
