Description:

This role for the first 6 months will be training under their expert, Tony, to learn the ropes on how to take and handle the tickets as well as learn more about the telematics they're using to predict maintenance. They will be handling tickets involving replacing boxes and boards on the telematics computers that go inside of the heavy machinery. This role will give the individual experience with trouble shooting a multitude of technologies for a major asphalt equipment manufacturing. The individual will also have the opportunity to learn development skills using.

This is an entry level IT role that is looking for a driven person that wants to grow within a company.

We are looking for someone who has one or more of the following:

• CompTIA A+

• IT Education

• Has built a home lab

• Experience as an IT PC Tech

• Experienced with building computers
