JOB REQUIREMENTS: Learning & Development Coordinator - 51116 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Overview: As a creative, passionate, and experienced learning and development professional who will support others in developing their God-given talents. In this role, you will lead the training, onboarding and development programs at the Countryside Facility. You will also build, motivate and guide a team of learning and development specialists who will deliver technical training content to our manufacturing members. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with OD&L, operations leaders, and members to develop technical training strategies and programs * Own the execution and sustainment of the operations learning and development strategy within your assigned plant * Provide guidance on the assessment of training and development needs, design of training and development delivery methods, and measurement of training effectiveness * Coach/mentor a team of learning and development specialists who will take ownership for executing the day-to-day onboarding and technical training at your facility * Stay current on training industry trends, technology, and methods; challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities to improve * Be a Johnsonville Way subject matter expert with the ability to develop Members, providing them with the right resources and programs at the right time * Serve as a Coach/Mentor to guide Member as they envision and create a path that fully develops their God-given talents * Support successful people changes through the application of change management * Communicate data driven insights to the leadership team on status, changes and effectiveness of learning and development strategies * Guide technical training specialists through changes to training as a result of the management of change process Date: April 25, 2024 Location: Countryside Facility, Sheboygan Falls, WI (Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee) Coach: Countryside Plant Director Member Status: Full Time, Salaried Travel: Not a ton, less than 10% of your time (includes travel to remote sites as needed) Reason for Posting: Replacement Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
