Description:

• Validation and debug of robot path programs: welding and material handling.

• Validation and debug of Safety feature's.

• Validate system functionalities meeting cycle-time and product quality.

• Work closely with dimensional supervisors as required per project and follow up on all quality concerns

• Work closely with simulation department

• Provide robotic support as required

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST Haves:

• Min 3 years of debugging, programming & troubleshooting in robot programming

• Min 3 years of experience with set up of robots, loading programs, and dual check safety (DCS) experience

• Previous installation support and production support experience

• Previous experience working onsite at customer and having customer interaction at the plant

Nice to Have:

• Vision experience

• Understanding of I/O (transfer of information between Robot and PLC)

• Understanding of robot program flow and basic programming theories
