Early Career Recruitment Specialist Job Locations US-OH-Toledo | US-GA-Atlanta | US-OR-Hillsboro ID 2024-2708 Category Human Resources Type Full Time Overview SSOE is hiring for an Early Career Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing processes and programming to successfully recruit qualified and diverse talent to SSOE for early career roles. As an Early Career Recruitment Specialist, in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, you will lead the organization's efforts to attract and engage prospective talent for the Company and is accountable for full life-cycle campus recruiting to include evaluating candidates' skill sets for job qualifications, coordinating job interviews, communicating job offers, and initiating new hire process. The Early Career Recruitment Specialist will act as a champion of SSOE's employment value proposition, and represent SSOE's core values, when attracting and recruiting talent to join our firm. Responsibilities The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE: Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team, and hiring managers, to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for early career and student hires (interns, co-ops, full-time entry-level positions) across the company. This includes sourcing resumes, setting interviews, participating in interviews, and extending offers. Coordinate job postings with target schools and working with current SSOE staff to leverage alumni networks to fill open positions. Partners effectively with Business Leaders, Talent Management, and DEI to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs. Coordinates and facilitates engagement in campus relations initiatives and programs on campus in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates STEMM outreach and apprentice programs with targeted K-12 schools, and community organizations, local to SSOE offices. Serves as primary point of contact for job high school shadow requests and works with business to coordinate logistics and programming. Supports the development of campus recruiting strategies at target universities; researches recruiting events, student associations, resume books and other diversity & outreach opportunities. Partners with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams to build long-term relationships at target universities to maintain a pipeline of exceptional talent for internships/co-ops and entry-level opportunities. Identify and participate in governmental programs at the Local, State and Federal level that promote co-op and internship programs. Coordinate and partner with Learning & Development for early career study groups that foster professional milestones such as FE or EIT certificates. Represents SSOE on campus at recruiting events including career fairs, information sessions, interview days and networking events.
