ManpowerGroup MR Customer Visit Coordinator / Events Coordinator in Waukesha, Wisconsin

Our client, Leading medical device manufacturer is seeking a Event Coordinator to join their team.

Role: Event Coordinator

Tentative end date – 18 months

Pay Rate :25/hr on W2

Work shift (days/times) – 1st Shift (Estimated Hours per week: 20-25)

Work Location –3200 N Grandview Blvd; Waukesha, WI 53188, 100% onsite position

Job Requirements:

Primary Duties:

  • Manage intake of new requests for on-site visits from new and potential customers; timely processing of requests and proactive communication with stakeholders.

  • Schedule, attend and manage conference calls with stakeholders to collect the information necessary to schedule the on-site visit to Waukesha Wisconsin.

  • Review requested visit details with internal stakeholders to determine if visit, as requested, can be accommodated, or if modifications are required.

  • Position duties may include, as time permits, preparation of printed agendas, reservations of conference rooms, and catering orders.

Required skills:

  • Microsoft Outlook (highly proficient)

  • Salesforce.com CRM platform (basic understanding)

  • Microsoft Word (proficient)

  • strong, excellent professional verbal and written communication skills—ability to positively represent the global MR business to internal stakeholders.
