Aerotek Package Operator in West Bend, Wisconsin

Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and packaging process, ensuring the efficient operation of the machinery, and maintaining product quality. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience in machine operation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take overall line responsibility from production to packaging, ensuring smooth operations throughout the process.

  • Start and stop the machine as needed, following established protocols.

  • Conduct regular quality control checks and visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.

  • Accurately record production output and report any issues or problems encountered during the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
