Be you ... be here.* *Job Summary* The Traffic Specialist is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing and tracking all assigned projects for the Creative Communications team, facilitating the workflow of creative projects, and managing the lifespan of creative work from inception to delivery. This vital role is responsible for project success through managing timelines and schedules, allocating resources, and setting expectations with key stakeholders to deliver on deadlines and commitments. The position requires the ability to work collaboratively amongst team members and interact with associates across the organization. *Job Description* Essential Job Functions:

  • Project Tracking: Responsible for the intake and tracking of creative/project briefs and requests, ensuring all relevant information is provided. Working with Operations to assign appropriate resources for the scope of each project while assessing the current workload of the various team members. Track projects through the workflow process, ensuring all deadlines are met. Attend project planning and initiation meetings, creative reviews, and status meetings with both internal partners and conceptual teams to ensure goals, action items, creative insights, and timelines are clearly communicated and understood.

``` - Timelines: Communicate project feedback to team, overseeing changes and modifications to timelines, and adhering to workflow policies and procedures. Maintain Traffic Status Report and lead status meetings to review department workload, resources, and timelines.

``` - Creative Delivery: Must be able to manage and deliver on, expectations - short deadlines, high-impact output, and professional delivery. Collaborative in nature with the ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of individuals on all organizational levels. Excels at time management, understands how long each project takes within Creative Communication team. Must be a multi-tasker - comfortable with multiple projects simultaneously. Possesses strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Brand & Creative Operations Direct Reports: None Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements

  • Normal office environment.
  • Travel is not required.
  • This position is hybrid with an onsite schedule of 3-4 days per month. In-office requirements are subject to change based on business needs. This position is currently available to candidates that reside within 60 miles of Columbus, OH;

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, marketing, communications or equivalent related education and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years professional work experience managing creative projects in Marketing or agency environment
  • Experience with Workfront
